Enchanted Rock manages the resiliency assets and is responsible for the maintenance and operations of the microgrids. Our employees are experts in of their respective fields and perform weekly inspections and provide all required operating activities for the term of the agreement. 1. ENCHANTED ROCK’S NATURAL GAS GENERATORS

These natural gas generators are designed to allow seamless operation for both grid and customer operations. The modular footprint allows for multiple layout configurations and qualifies for a standard air permit

The Enchanted Rock dual-purpose microgrids are best-in-class, with sound levels of less than 68 decibels at 7 meters and ultra-low emissions and can be placed almost anywhere. Based on Nuclear Navy/NASA principles that include standardizing systems and O&M principles that include standardization of all system design an O&M processes, the gensets are robust and will only see a fraction of their total life over the 15-20 year contract.

We have decades of industry experience in engineering, design, procurement, construction, and project management. The genset’s flexible, modular footprint allows for multiple layout configurations to save customer’s valuable real estate. Every installation is custom configured to your commercial or industrial application and can be modified to facilitate future expansion. These natural gas generators are designed to allow seamless operation for both grid and customer operations. The modular footprint allows for multiple layout configurations and qualifies for a standard air permit.

The footprint of Enchanted Rock’s installation will be a function of capacity installed. The genset footprint is either smaller than diesel gensets or minimally the same.

MAINTENANCE – POWER UP IN SECONDS

Continuous maintenance and monitoring are crucial if reliability is expected. Enchanted Rock manages and operates the system which is continuously maintained and operated. Our systems are standardized and modular, so you can be sure that our maintenance personnel are equipped with the right training and tools to ensure a fully reliable system.

RESPONSIBLE – ULTRA-CLEAN RESILIENCY-AS-A-SERVICE SOLUTION

Consistent maintenance of the system is vital to ensuring that you will have power when you demand it. No other backup system can provide a higher level of assurance when you need it most. Enchanted Rock uses clean-burning natural gas. The NOx zero-hour emissions for Enchanted Rock’s natural gas gensets is 10-100 times cleaner or lower than diesel and a fraction of the cost. The NOx emissions for Enchanted Rock’s resiliency microgrids are less than 1% of the standard Tier 2 diesel generator traditionally used for backup.

SUPPORTS THE RENEWABLE ENERGY GRID – NO DISRUPTION TO YOUR OPERATIONS

Enchanted Rock’s dual-purpose microgrids provide you with power during grid failures. When you do not need backup power, Enchanted Rock’s gensets supply the grid with a quick start generation source during stressful operating conditions, helping to stabilize the grid while providing a highly reliable and ultra-clean alternative to diesel generation. The added power to the grid supports renewable energy sources such as wind and solar – by supplying capacity to the grid when renewable power may be low. There is no disruption to your operations during Enchanted Rock’s grid participation.

When our customers aren’t in need of backup power, Enchanted Rock uses underground continuous fuel delivery with and continuously monitors and tests the natural gas fired generation by selling services back to the US power grid, so when you demand power, it will be ready in seconds.
